Yeah, I prefer the bust (no pun intended--really) in the upper left. I think that works better than the chest up view.

Alphonse Mucha is one of my all-time favorites and your take on his style with a modern woman is beautiful. The illustration is flawless but the design as a whole seems like it is not yet resolved. I would push the Mucha thing more by using his background ornaments and cool framing but maybe you could modernize that a bit as well by what shapes you choose. This shirt will be totally kick ass if you treat the whole tee with the same commitment that you put into the woman. You're amazing.

I personally like this shirt.
It's not to busy, and it doesnt look like everything else people are designing there days.
So in other words, its fresh.

The face is great, but the body is really flat - there's no shadows or anything. It doesn't need much, but maybe what should have happened was have that right arm reach across to her other shoulder or something.

Awesome work on her head though and the hair, it's really pretty.

its well drawn and vaguely mucha-esque but it needs more teh bust alone doesnt make an interesting shirt. like olbeardy said take some more of mucha's elements to add to this. also as others have noted teh body needs definition why do teh face and hair so well if youre only going to leave teh body unfinished?

olbeardy is totally right. It needs more... Mucha-ness. I'd love to see some modern ornamentation in Mucha's style, maybe something technological.
Either keep it as a bust (like in the top left) or do some sort of swoopy, modern wrap dress in Mucha's style.
This is an amazing idea though and I really can't wait to see how you develop it! Mucha's one of my favorite artists.

good illustration, not doing it as a design for me quite yet, needs background garnishments perhaps, something to lead the viewer across the shirt. Also, either go for breasts or don't, otherwise it looks like she is wearing a skin-body suit, and that is weird.

It looks good but the lack of breasts makes this look more like a man with pink hair. Unless that's what you were going for...

Wow, this is nothing like Alphonse Mucha's work.
You at least need to add in spaghetti hair and make it more curly and wavy.
More ornamentation is needed too, a lot more.
If you're going to mimick what he did then you should research his work more.

if you are going to put breasts, you need nipples. Don't censor yourself.

Thank you everyone for all your comments. One thing however has been bothering me. All the complaints about the lack of boobs. I think girls with smaller boobs are more aesthetically pleasing to eye. Also I was going for a more simplistic approach to her bust area, if you look at some of Mucha's work he tends to put more shading and detail into the face rather than the rest of the body(not clothes).

As for the nipple part, I didn't want to put it in. In reality I didn't want to bring attention to the fact that she is nude. I wanted the eye to gravitate towards her face, which is why I left the rest of her body/bust plain and unshaded, but I will change that now. I love my design and stand by it, although I realize that not everyone sees my design the way I do(did).

However all your critiques are always welcome. Now I know what to fix. Thank you for all of your input.

P.S. But to some of the people who left less savory comments, I think you should either keep those types of comments to yourself, and also try not to focus so much on a girl's breasts and rather look up towards her face.
